Board of Commissioners

The Authority is governed by a Board of Commissioners appointed by the Mayor at five-year terms. The Board is responsible for preserving and growing the agency’s resources and assuring the agency’s continued viability and success. Formal actions of the Housing Authority, City of Oneonta are taken through written resolutions, adopted by the Board, and entered into the official records of the Housing Authority.

Monthly Board Meeting is scheduled for the 4th Tuesday, at 12:00 P.M. to be held at the Housing Authority Community Building, located on Moss Lane.  Notices are posted in the lobby of the Administrative Office and bulletin board outside of the Community Center for the general public as an invitation to attend.
